1. No Food or Beverage permitted in Dutchess Stadium. 2. Requests for address changes or cancellations of season tickets must be in writing to the Renegades office. 3. Patrons three (3) years of age or older are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to Renegades games. Children under three years of age do not need a ticket provided they sit on an adult’s lap. Giveaway items are limited to one per person, per ticket. 4. Individual game tickets (not part of a season ticket package) which are lost, stolen, or destroyed, can be replaced for a fee of $1.00 per lost ticket. Once tickets are purchased, and receipt of tickets is acknowledged by the purchaser, all sales are final. Once tickets are received by a party it is the sole responsibility of that party to ensure the security of their tickets. Season Ticket Holders and Mini- Pack holders may have their lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets replaced with a seat authorization pass. The charge for providing a SeasonTicket/Mini-Pack seat authorization is $1.00 per ticket , and will only be refunded if the unused ticket is returned to the Renegades Ticket Office prior to the end of the season. 5. “RAIN CHECKS” - if less than five innings of a game are played (4 1/2 innings if the Renegades are ahead), tickets to that game may be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value*, admitting the ticket holder to any remaining Renegades regular season home game, subject to availability. In the event all remaining tickets for the same season are sold out, ticket holders may request a merchandise credit valued at an amount equal to the price of the ticket.** (Rain Checks are not valid after October 31st.of this year.) If a rainout occurs after 8/15 and the holder is unable to attend another game in the same season then tickets may be exchanged for tickets to the following season up until 6/15 (no exceptions will be made to this deadline). 6. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!
