Renegades Ticket Policy: There are five seating options for fans: Premium Box Seats, Box Seats, Reserved Seats, Reserved Grandstand Seats and General Admission Grandstand. Availability is limited in all sections. The Premium Box Seats include a comfortable front row seat complete with full wait service. The Reserved Grandstand Seats are individually numbered seats so you are guaranteed a specific seat, and include backrests. General Admission Grandstand seating consists of 500 grandstand seats over both first and third bases. General Admission Grandstand reservations may be made in advance. All patrons three (3) years of age and older are required are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to all Renegades games. Children under three (3) years of age do not need a ticket provided they sit on an adult¡¦s lap. Advance tickets will be available at the Renegades Ticket Box Office in the administrative office building at Dutchess Stadium. The Renegades will accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX with a $1.00 handling charge per ticket and may be picked up at the Dutchess Stadium Will Call window upon arrival at the game. Be sure to check the Freihofer Ice Ticket Availability Board in the Dutchess Stadium outer concourse to see which games have tickets available this season. Individual game tickets that are not part of a season ticket package, which are lost, stolen or destroyed, cannot be replaced. Once tickets are purchased, and the purchaser acknowledges receipt of tickets, all sales are final. Once a party receives tickets, it is the sole responsibility of that party to ensure the security of their tickets. For season ticket and mini-pack holders, the charge for replacing lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets is equal to the face value of the lost ticket, and will only be refunded if the unused ticket is returned to the Renegades ticket office. Alcohol Regulations: The Renegades strictly enforce the following alcohol serving policy: Everyone must be 21 years of age and present positive photo ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. A two-beer limit per ID is strictly enforced. Service will cease at the end of the 7th inning. The management reserves the right to suspend service at any time at its sole discretion and also reserves the right to suspend service to any one individual at any time for any reason. Autographs: Forty-five minutes prior to Renegades games, the Autograph Booth will be available to children for autographs from selected Renegade players. Players will often sign autographs after each home game by the dugout areas. While requesting autographs, please be courteous to the players, as well as to those fans who are nearby. Bag Policy: Bags brought to Dutchess Stadium Bags will be permitted into Dutchess Stadium, however, please note that all bags will be thoroughly checked prior to entry. It is recommended that you limit the amount of things you bring with you to the stadium. This will certainly help expedite the entry process at the stadium gates. Concessions: There are four concessions areas, which service the facility. The main concessions area is on the first base side of the stadium. It features a full-service menu and also provides all catering services for the skybox suites. The third base concessions provide a basic ballpark menu. There are also two concession tent areas, one at the end of each baseline. The stadium also has two picnic areas, which are used for private pre-game group picnic outings. There are also several satellite concession areas throughout the stadium. Customer Service: Booth located in the outer concourse of Dutchess Stadium, the Customer Service Booth will be staffed from the time the gates open until the end of each Renegades home game. You can come to the Customer Service Booth to pick up Renegades schedules and Lucky Number Prizes, report a problem or emergency to Renegades officials, or to ask any questions that you may have. We¡¦ll be glad to be of assistance to you! Diaper Changing Stations: Diaper Changing Stations are located in each restroom in the main concourse. Family Atmosphere: The Hudson Valley Renegades and the Hudson Valley Stadium Corporation insist on maintaining a family atmosphere at Dutchess Stadium. We would like for your visit to Dutchess Stadium to be safe and enjoyable. Please observe the following rules and behavior while attending a Hudson Valley Renegades game: *Anyone trespassing on the field at any time will be asked to leave the stadium. * The throwing of any object in the stands or onto the playing field is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to ejection for the stadium. * Patrons who use foul or abusive language, appear in an intoxicated state, or otherwise jeopardize the family atmosphere in the stadium will be asked to leave and will forfeit the price of their ticket. Family Restroom: Located opposite the Renegades Merchandise Store, this is a restroom that caters to the special needs of many fans. The Family Restroom also has a baby changing station. First Aid First Aid & Emergency Services will be providing onsite medical assistance for all first aid needs. They can be found in the tent just inside the season ticket gate on the first base side of the outer concourse. Please contact a Dutchess Stadium Usher if you are in need of assistance. Game Times: All Monday through Saturday games begin at 7:05 PM with the exception of Monday July 9 (12:05 PM), Monday Septemeber 3 (5:05 PM), Tuesday-Thursday September 4-6 (6:05 PM). All Sunday games begin at 5:05 PM. The gates open 1 hour, 5 minutes prior to game time for all games. Gate Policy: New York-Penn League rules strictly prohibit food or beverages, bottles, cans and containers of any kind from being brought into Dutchess Stadium. Once fans enter the stadium, they will not be permitted to leave the stadium and re-enter until the third inning and must have their hand stamped at the main gate. Group Rates, Picnics and Birthday Parties: The Renegades offer special group rates for parties of 25 or more for Monday through Thursday home games. Picnic and birthday party packages are also available. Box Seats (which include space for a wheelchair and attendant seating) are located immediately behind Row J of Sections 105, 106, and 107. General Admission handicapped and wheelchair seating is located on the left field patio with attendant seating for regular general admission prices. Lost and Found: Please report any lost of found items to a Dutchess Stadium user, or bring them to the Customer Service booth located in the outer concourse of Dutchess Stadium. Parking: The Dutchess Stadium parking lot has spaces for up to 1,100 cars and 10 buses. The Renegades do not control parking. Exclusively the Hudson Valley Stadium Corporation controls parking issues and all revenues. Occasionally, foul balls may leave the stadium, and parking is at your own risk! The Renegades, Hudson Valley Stadium Corporation, the New York-Penn League and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays are not liable for any damage incurred due to foul balls that may travel into the parking areas. Rain Check/Refund Policy: There will be no cash refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased except in the event of a rainout (see rainout policy below). Rain checks will be honored by exchanging them for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any future Renegades home game, subject to availability. In the event all remaining tickets for the same season are sold out, ticket holders may request a merchandise credit valued at an amount equal to the price on the front of the ticket. Rainouts: A complete game consists of 4-1/2 innings if the Renegades are ahead, and five innings if the Renegades are trailing or the score is tied. In the event inclement weather forces postponement of any game prior to that point, the Renegades Rain Check policy above take effect. There Will Be No Cash Refunds Of Any Tickets!!! Renegades Office/Ticket Windows: The Renegades administrative offices are located in the building to the left of the main entrance gate. The Ticket Box Office is located in the same building. You may purchase tickets at the Renegades ticket windows during the following hours: Non-Game Days- Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday-Sunday Closed. Game Days- Monday-Friday 9 a.m.- 4 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Sunday 12 p.m.- 8 p.m. Restrooms: All restrooms are located directly underneath the Reserved Seating Section behind home plate. There is one men's restroom, two women's restrooms and one family restroom for special family needs. Safety: Patrons of Dutchess Stadium assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of baseball and promotional events associated therewith, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by thrown bats, thrown or batted balls or other objects or promotional items entering the stands or other areas. Additionally, upon entering the stadium, patrons assume all risk and danger associated with any act of God, which may occur while in the stadium. Stadium patrons specifically agree that the Hudson Valley Renegades, New York-Penn League, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, participating clubs, their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, players and other related individuals, are not liable for injuries or loss resulting from such causes. Security: Security at Dutchess Stadium this season and beyond will be handled differently that it has been in the past. We have worked closely with officials of Dutchess County, Town of Fishkill Police, and Major League Baseball to make Dutchess Stadium a safe and enjoyable place to visit. We ask that you cooperate with all security measures that will be in place this season. Please pay close attention to all public address announcements, posted signs throughout the stadium, and our usher staff, as they will be there to assist you. Uniformed security personnel are provided by the Town of Fishkill Police Dept. and the Fishkill Policemen's Benevolent Association, and are stationed throughout Dutchess Stadium from the time the gates open until the stadium has been cleared after the conclusion of the game. They are available for your assistance if needed. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Dutchess Stadium. Smoking will be allowed outside the season ticket gate, located next to the main concession building. Souvenirs: A complete line of official Renegades merchandise is available at the Renegades Merchandise Store located at Dutchess Stadium, as well as at each Renegades home game. The store is open during normal ticket office hours and during all Renegades home games. Souvenirs may be purchased with MasterCard, VISA, Discover, cash or check. Purchases can also be made by visitng our web site at www.hvrenegades.com. All mail orders will be subject to a handling charge.
