The Hudson Valley Renegades (4-5) dropped the first of a three-game series against the division rival Brooklyn Cyclones (7-2). The final score was 13-3 at Keyspan Park, as Major League rehabber Oliver Perez dominated the young Renegades hitters over five innings of shutout baseball.
